Role OverviewInova OBGYN Fair Oaks is looking for a dedicated Patient Access Associate 1 to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift: Monday- Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, one 11:00am-7:30pm evening shift required weekly.
What You Will Do
Works independently to complete assignments without close supervision; Improves inefficiencies and minimizes repetitive errors by changing/improving workflow processes; Uses a logical process to identify the cause of problems and develop appropriate solutions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service or 1 year of experience in a medical setting. Preferred qualifications include 2 years’ customer service experience or 1 year’ experience in a healthcare setting.
