Role OverviewJoin Inova OBGYN - McLean as a Patient Access Associate 2, working full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Adhere to Inova Health System's 'Service Excellence' standards while admitting/scheduling patients, conducting insurance verifications, and providing financial counseling.
What You Will Do
Admit/schedule patients, conduct insurance verifications, provide financial counseling, communicate scheduling changes, and identify payroll authorization and referral requirements.

Ideal candidate has 1 year of healthcare patient access experience, or 1-year experience in healthcare revenue cycle, or a bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include 2 years of customer service experience and 1 year of healthcare experience.
