Role OverviewInova Children's Cardiology in Leesburg & Gainesville, VA, is looking for a dedicated Patient Access Associate 2 to join the team. This is a full-time day shift front desk registration position, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work 7:30am-4:00pm and 8:30-5:00pm shifts as needed. What You Will Do
Express sincere concern and empathy when dealing with customer complaints. Access appropriate systems to confirm insurance coverage or other means of payment, communicate scheduling changes to patients and staff, and explain insurance benefits and patient liability. Deliver high-volume, accurate work while improving inefficiencies and minimizing errors, and recognize when problems need to be elevated for resolution.
