Role OverviewJoin Piedmont as a Patient Access Associate and serve as patient-facing support for the Patient Access Department. What You Will Do
Calculate patient financial responsibility, present patient financial options/requirements, and process patient payments. Secure patient consent and acknowledgement on required forms/notices.

Requirements
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- One (1) year experience in healthcare revenue cycle, clinical role, or related clerical accounting/finance/retail
- Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
- Prior Epic experience preferred
