Job Description
As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will work with healthcare administration tasks, develop scenarios for patient access, and create coordination tasks. You will also design patient communication templates and work independently on challenging scenarios.
Requirements
2+ years in patient access, front office, or healthcare admin.
Expertise in EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and referral coordination.
Ability to read and produce admin artifacts like scheduling workflows and intake forms.
Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
