Role OverviewThis job completes patient access processes, creates a first impression of AHN's services, and assumes clinical and financial risk. The role involves articulating information to patients and families, training and assisting team members, and maintaining excellent working relationships.
What You Will Do
Conducts scheduling, preregistration, and financial clearance functions, verifies insurance information, identifies patient financial responsibilities, and collects liabilities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two previous years of related experience
- Experience operating a PC and using software applications
- Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (preferred)
