Role OverviewJoin Amgen's mission to serve patients with serious illnesses. As a Patient Access Liaison, you will provide logistical and educational assistance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff to gain access to therapy.
What You Will Do
Secure patient HIPAA, develop relationships with patients and caregivers, assess individual needs, and educate on TEPEZZA coverage and prior authorization requirements.

Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of patient services, and/or access and reimbursement, experience
- Master's degree and 4 years of patient services, and/or access and reimbursement, experience
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of patient services, and/or access and reimbursement, experience
