Job Description
Join Amgen's mission to serve patients living with serious illnesses as a Patient Access Liaison for TEPEZZA in East Los Angeles. Provide logistical and educational assistance to patients and caregivers, and work with internal teams to facilitate patient access to insurance, medications, and financial support.

Requirements

  • Secure written or electronic patient HIPAA for patients in the assigned geography
  • Develop relationships with patients and caregivers through phone, text, email, virtual, or in-person connections
  • Assess individual patient needs and develop education and resource plans
  • Educate patients on TEPEZZA coverage and prior authorization process
  • Investigate access challenges and support denied claims and claim reviews
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Marketing, and Site of Care
