Job Description
PATIENT ACCESS REGISTRAR responsible for assisting with patient registration, collaborating with the Patient Access Supervisor, and maintaining good relations with the public on behalf of WRH.

Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • 1 year of Patient Access experience
  • Knowledge of Patient Access and customer service
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients, visitors, and the public
  • Ability to assess, distinguish, report and act upon the physical, social, developmental, and environmental needs of all patients
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership for Patient Accounting Services staff
  • Knowledge of organizational and departmental policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines
  • Ability to work harmoniously with department personnel
