Job Description
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for delivering patient registration services and support to patients and families, under the leadership of the Director of Patient Access. The role involves conducting in-patient registration, registration interviews, and entering data into the system, as well as communicating with patients and families about hospital policies and payment for services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED state certification
  • Up to three months of on-the-job work-related experience
  • On-the-job certification through Hometown University
