What You Will Do
Provide excellent customer service, complete patient registration, confirm demographic information, verify benefits, schedule post-discharge care, collect copays or payments, balance accounts, and perform general data entry.

This role requires a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or an office setting, with a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and an AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
