Role OverviewAs a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first connection a patient and their family have with our organization, shaping the patient's experience and supporting the care team. This role requires travel to multiple locations and involves patient interaction, problem-solving, and administrative accuracy.
What You Will Do
Welcome and check patients in and out, answer phone calls, assist with enrolling in MyChart, enter and update patient information, communicate with physicians and clinical care teams, collect and process patient payments, and work in EPIC.

Requirements
- High School Equivalent / GED
- 1+ years Customer Service experience
