Patient Access Representative responsible for registering patients, managing patient flow, and ensuring patient experience is best in class.

Requirements

  • Accurately and efficiently registers patients in Epic
  • Monitors and manages the flow of patients through the clinic
  • Assists patients with access to government and community resources
  • Works closely with physicians, nurse practitioners and nursing staff
  • Facilitates patient's access to information including MyChart access
  • Accurately updates patient's records and enters charges as necessary
  • Manages cash in accordance with established policies and procedures
