Responsible for accurately registering patients in EMR, serving as subject matter expert, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a best-in-class patient experience.

Requirements

  • Accurately and efficiently register patients in Epic
  • Monitor and manage patient flow through the clinic
  • Assist patients with access to government and community resources
  • Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff
  • Facilitate patient access to information, including MyChart access
  • Accurately update patient records and enter patient charges as necessary
  • Manage cash in accordance with established policies and procedures
