Patient Access Representative (Labor Pool - Emergency Department)

Responsible for registration of all patient types within their department. Works daily reports and account work queues to ensure the integrity of registration data.

Obtains or validates patient information and registers patients into the software system, while providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year Billing/Customer Service/Patient Registration (Preferred)
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) - National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) within 1 Year (Preferred)
