Job Description
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for answering calls, directing and transferring calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, documenting information, and following physician scheduling protocols. This role requires excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
