Role OverviewThe Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for all patients and their families, supporting and interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accuracy of demographic, insurance, payment, and other vital patient information.
What You Will Do
Checking patients in and/or out for medical visits, answering phone inquiries, assisting with enrolling and utilizing MyChart, entering and updating patient demographic and insurance information, and collecting and processing patient payments.

Requirements
- High School Equivalent / GED
- 1+ years Customer Service
- 1+ years Customer Service in healthcare (Preferred)
