Job Description
The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional patient experience and access for patients and families within Gillette clinic settings. The role involves patient check-in, appointment scheduling, patient experience, and patient engagement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year experience with customer service, administrative, or healthcare setting
  • Advanced education (Associate or Bachelor’s) preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance plans
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance carriers and standard insurance forms
  • Strong computer aptitude including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
