Role Overview

Patient Access Specialist I is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience. They interview patients, obtain demographic and financial information, and verify insurance benefits. They also coordinate the collection of patient liabilities and respond to customer requests.

Requirements
