Job Description
Our Patient Access Specialist will ensure positive and proactive communications with prospective and existing patients via inbound and outbound telephone calls and email.

Requirements

  • Timely answering of all telephone inquiries from potential new patients
  • Delivers superior patient service on all inbound and outbound calls/contacts, emails, and/or chat sessions
  • Instructs patients desiring new patient appointments to complete required registration forms
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Ability to exhibit computer proficiency in Microsoft and EMR platforms and programs
