Job Description
Our Patient Access Specialist will ensure positive and proactive communications with prospective and existing patients via inbound and outbound telephone calls and email. The communication should be aligned and with the focus on providing the best possible patient experience at all times.

Requirements

  • Timely answering of all telephone inquiries from potential new patients.
  • Delivers superior patient service on all inbound and outbound calls/contacts, emails, and/or chat sessions.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality.
  • Assists supervisor as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
