Job Description
The Patient Access Specialist provides excellent customer service to individuals presenting for clinic care, surgery, admissions, or in need of direction. They are responsible for greeting, screening, and checking in patients, families, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 120 days of transfer or hire required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a clinic and/or hospital setting preferred
  • Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) preferred
