Job Description
The Patient Access Trainer will be responsible for preparing, training, and evaluating users in all areas of Patient Access, maintaining quality assurance processes, and providing training and continuing education for Patient Access staff.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, and/or training
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Epic
