Role OverviewThe Patient Account Registrar interviews patients or their representatives to obtain demographics and secures insurance information, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations. Works closely with the Admitting department and must be able to operate a computer to input and retrieve data.

Requirements
- Previous hospital experience as an admissions representative
- Knowledge of medical terminology

- High School Graduate or GED Equivalent
