Job Description
The Patient Advocate Team Lead will provide support to all managers and staff, oversee daily operations of the dispensary, and handle patient/customer needs. This role is responsible for hiring and developing a team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Must be 21 Years of Age
  • Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Close attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High energy, customer focused, and proactive
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with employees, customers, government agencies, and the public
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store by ensuring all areas, including restrooms, are consistently clean, safe, and guest-ready.
