Job Description
Legacy Community Health is seeking a Patient Assistance Representative to ensure clients have timely access to essential medications and medical coverage through programs like ADAP, LPAP, EFA, and PAP. The role involves engaging with clients, gathering documentation, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records within a dynamic team focused on innovative healthcare solutions. Requirements
High school diploma required.
Minimum one year of healthcare experience or three years of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
Desirable knowledge in healthcare terminology, HIV disease, and medications for HIV treatment.
Insurance and COBRA understanding preferred.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Competency in MS Excel and MS Word.
