Role OverviewProvide patient care and assist with daily activities under the supervision of an RN. Work in a team environment to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients, families, and employees.
What You Will Do
Plan of care, supervise activities of daily living, assist with patient transport, and use crisis control techniques. Complete timely documentation and respond to communication systems.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a clinical rotation or equivalent experience. Must be listed on the Ohio STNA registry or Ohio CNA registry, or have equivalent experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of medical/surgical or equivalent clinical rotation from an ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA accredited institution
- Listed on the Ohio STNA registry or Ohio CNA (if CNA is in another state, must receive reciprocity within 180 days of hire)
- Listed on the Ohio or National Emergency Medical Services Registry
- One (1) year of patient care experience within the last three (3) years
- Successful completion of the organization's Patient Care Assistant training program, which must be completed after hire
- Training in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and maintenance of certification
