Job Description
The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for assisting the nursing and surgical team in providing excellent care to patients. This includes performing basic medical and personal care tasks, assisting with surgical case preparation, and coordinating efficient patient flow through Pre-Op, OR, and Post-Op. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, minimum of 2 years of patient care experience, and CPR certification. Previous surgical setting experience is preferred.
