Role OverviewThe Patient Care Associate is responsible for greeting patients, checking-in/check-out, scheduling, and other administrative tasks at the Northeastern Eye Institute. This role requires a personable, energetic, and professional individual who can multitask and provide excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include greeting patients professionally, answering questions, optimizing provider schedules, notifying providers of patient arrivals, and verifying financial records.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of electronic medical records software (a plus)
- Experience in healthcare (preferred but not required)
