Job Description
US Fertility is a leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices that changes lives every day. The Patient Care Coordinator will assist with the clinical care of fertility patients, provide patient/couple counseling, and establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
