Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia. This role will assist with the clinical care of fertility patients and provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
