Patient Care Coordinator

Results Physiotherapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in Southaven, MS. The Patient Care Coordinator is an entry-level office role responsible for maintaining daily operations of the clinic, providing excellent customer service, and multitasking in multiple computer programs.

What You Will Do

Greet patients, schedule new referrals, verify insurance coverage, collect patient payments, and maintain an orderly front office workspace.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills
