Role OverviewWe are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join the team! The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the key liaison for our patients and ensures a seamless and welcoming experience. In this role, the PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships.
What You Will Do
Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner, maintain a productive daily schedule, provide patient consultations, contact patients to follow up on visits, and ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders
- Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions
