Role OverviewAs a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for front desk operations, supporting patient flow, schedule optimization, and seamless coordination across the care team. You will greet patients, answer phone calls, manage email, and schedule patient appointments while supporting provider schedule optimization.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and proactively managing the daily schedule to ensure an efficient, high-quality experience for every patient. You will also verify insurance eligibility, prepare patient charts, and collect and document all charges, co-pays, and payments.

Requirements

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to proactively identify issues and contribute to solutions in a fast-paced environment
