The Patient Care Coordinator is the face of the clinic and guides patients throughout their journey to better hearing. They provide a professional and inviting front office experience, manage the clinic schedule and patient accounts, and maintain patient records.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years' experience in a customer service or retail position
Proficient computer skills and experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365 programs
