  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with data entry, email, chat platforms, and web-based applications
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple cases, and meet documentation deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex information across systems and audiences
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environments
  • Must be able to maintain reliable attendance the first 90 days of employment
