Requirements
Valid California Driver’s License and active auto insurance
Minimum of 1 year of experience in case management, care coordination, member services, healthcare support, or customer service roles
Demonstrated ability to navigate and document across multiple systems, platforms, and databases simultaneously
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with data entry, email, chat platforms, and web-based applications
Ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple cases, and meet documentation deadlines
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex information across systems and audiences
Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environments
Must be able to maintain reliable attendance the first 90 days of employment
