Role OverviewThe Patient Care Navigator will guide patients in coordination of their care to outside physician practices/facilities by sending out referrals, medical records, and obtaining prior authorizations for MRIs. The role requires experience in eClinicalWorks and obtaining prior authorizations.
What You Will Do
The Patient Care Navigator will perform a variety of patient care activities, including rooming clinic patients, updating patient charts, communicating patient data to providers and nurses, and providing administrative and front-end support.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification or Registration
- CPR/BLS
- 6 months of clinical experience
- Experience with eClinicalWorks
- 1 year in an administrative or customer service role
- Phlebotomy and lab processing skills
