Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Care Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to patients. The PCNA will perform basic patient care tasks and assist the RN in implementing the plan of care.

Requirements

  • Perform basic patient care tasks as delegated by the RN
  • Compassionate in all interactions with patients, families, and peers
  • Follows established evidence-based prevention guidelines to promote positive patient outcomes
  • Provides a safe environment in patient rooms and on unit
  • Facilitates stocking and ordering of supplies for patient care
