Patient Care Nurse Assistant

As a Patient Care Nurse Assistant, you'll be essential in offering compassionate care and support to patients. You'll work in a hospital setting, performing basic patient care tasks and assisting with patient data collection and reporting. You'll also maintain patient records and facilitate communication and efficient unit operations.

What You Will Do

Performs basic patient care tasks as delegated by the RN, assists with patient data collection and reporting, maintains patient records, and facilitates communication and efficient unit operations.

Requirements

• High School Equivalent / GED
• Experience in a hospital setting (Preferred)
• Basic patient care skills (Preferred proficiency)
• Effective communication with people from varied socioeconomic backgrounds (Required proficiency)
• Able to organize changing work assignments (Required proficiency)
• Flexibility (Required proficiency)
• Patient focused (Required proficiency)
• Positive, can-do attitude; self-motivated and willing to learn (Required proficiency)
• One-year job stability (Preferred proficiency)
• Basic computer data entry skills (Required proficiency)
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal (Required proficiency)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required within 90 Days)
