Job Description
Patient Care Specialist I - Residential role at Pinnacle Treatment Centers involves providing quality care for patients in a transitional living addiction recovery environment. The position requires modeling positive behaviors, promoting a trauma-informed environment, and supporting patient engagement and recovery goals. The role also involves assisting with admission processes, facilitating patient cellphone access, and following safety and medical protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Teams, and Word)
  • Valid driver's license in state of employment
  • CPR/MANDT certification
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • At least six (6) months experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of addiction and the recovery process (preferred)
