Job Description
The Patient Care Specialist I – Residential is responsible for providing direct care and supervision to patients in a residential addiction recovery setting. This role requires maintaining a safe and structured environment, promoting patient engagement, and recovery. The role also involves providing support to patients through modeling positive behaviors and applying motivational interviewing techniques.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills or willingness to learn Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of employment
  • CPR and MANDT certification (training provided and maintained as required)
  • Ability to travel locally up to 20%, including patient transportation
