Job Description
Patient Care Specialist II plays a direct role in supporting patient safety, structure, and long-term recovery. Partner closely with the Patient Care Manager and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment for residents.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license in good standing
CPR and First Aid certification
