Job Description
Patient Care Specialist III - Ambulatory Services role provides continuous patient care, monitoring, and support in a structured and recovery-oriented environment, promoting a safe and calm environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment setting
  • Intermediate knowledge of addiction and the recovery process
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and support teammates
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment
  • CPR and MANDT certification
