Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Patient Care Technician - Med Surg - Day Shift to provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have 1 year acute care inpatient hospital experience, familiarity with medical terminology, and basic computer software skills. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year acute care inpatient hospital experience
  • Certified nursing assistant certificate
  • BLS (BASIC LIFE SUPPORT) course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
