Job Description
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
Requirements
High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility preferred.
Continued employment dependent on successful completion of the organization dialysis training program and CPR certification.
Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
