Role OverviewA non-licensed healthcare provider employed by Erlanger Health Systems is responsible for direct and/or indirect care of patients. The employee must be able to exercise judgment to recognize and identify signs and symptoms that require further evaluation by a licensed nurse.
What You Will Do
Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on Med/Surg/ICU, observe central cardiac telemetry monitors, identify cardiac arrhythmias, and communicate with staff nurse.

Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support) completed prior to going to the unit/department and maintained going forward
- Must pass initial arrhythmia course prior to completion of orientation period
