Role OverviewAssists with patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Provides care in a responsible professional manner consistent with nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulations.
What You Will Do
Collects and records vital signs, assists with patient transfers, and implements patient safety measures. Provides care and treatments for patients, including bathing, catheter care, and oral hygiene.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
- Graduate of a nurse assistant or patient care technician training program
- Completion of hospital-based Patient Care Technician program within 30 days of hire
- Current Nursing Student
- Six (6) months of patient care tech experience
