Role OverviewThe Patient Care Technician provides indirect and direct care to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Work is primarily performed in patient settings with extensive interaction with patients, staff, physicians, family members, and visitors.
What You Will Do
Perform delegated basic patient care services, obtain and record patient information, assist with patient activities of daily living, and assist with patient mobility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
