Role OverviewUnder the direction and supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse, Patient Care Technician (PCT) / Nursing Assistant (NA) provide direct patient care.
What You Will Do
Assists patients with basic needs, measures and records vital signs, draws blood and urine samples, and performs other tasks as assigned.

Requires ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods, assist with patient transfers, and provide physical support in restraining or de-escalating patients if necessary.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (“BLS”) certification
- PCT certification within first year of employment
- High school Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a Nursing Assistant role in a hospital, nursing home, or ambulatory setting preferred
Benefits
- Hourly rate of $24.793 (with option to increase to $27.185 with PCT certification)
- Hourly rate increase after 2-month probationary period to $27.718 and after completion of 1 year of employment to $29.177
