Role OverviewThe Patient Coordinator will be a critical part of our pediatric dental practice, helping create a positive experience for kids and parents from the moment they call our office. This role will work in a dedicated call-center area on the top floor of our office in central Sioux Falls.
What You Will Do
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule patients for dental treatment, triage and transfer phone calls as necessary, make outgoing phone calls to confirm patient appointments, and update necessary documentation in patients' charts.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental office setting
